Product Description

Forklift transport the complete stack of empty bottles to the full pallet conveyor of this depalletizer, then the conveyor transport the full stack to the main lifting platform, the lifting platform lift up the full stack layer by layer; The interlayer collecting structure suck the interlayer and move it out of the stack, after that, the interlayer collecting mechanism will collect the interlayers and lift it down to conveyor when the interlayers is stored as one stack; the clamp of bottle grips the whole layer of bottles and moves them to empty bottle conveyors, repeat these actions until the all the layers are moved to the conveyor, then the lifting platform will down and output the empty pallet to the pallet magazine. 

Technical Features 01

Pallet magazine: Main body is 150*150 H type steel，stand column is welded by 18# groove steel and painted( the same with the car painting process). The lifting of this mechanism adopts the helical gear motor with brake, when it starts to lift and stop, it is much stable and precise; the lifting chain is RS80 double raw. The clamp mechanisms of two side are drove by cylinder.

Main machine of bottle depalletizer: The main lifting motor is horizontal helical gear motor with brake, so that the lifting action will be stable and precise. The fixing parts are adjustable, so that adjusting the levelness and perpendicularity. The movable doors of two sides are made of square tube welding with 3T stainless steel, which is drove by the cylinders.

The clamp of bottle: 4 groups of cylinders work together to clamp the bottles, this structure are customized according the bottle shape, which is good for stability of running.

The main lifting structure is drove by the horizontal helical gear motor with brake; the lifting actions will be stable and precise. The fixing part of the main lifting structure is adjustable, so that we can adjust the levelness and perpendicularity.
